Words matter. A lot. Techniques, creativity, experience, attitude – all of that is important. But copy is judged by only one standard – its ability to get people to take action. All the rest is just conversation.
My job is to know your customer. Who is she? Where does she live? What does she think, feel, and say? As much as possible, I need to get inside her head. Once I accomplish that (no easy task), THEN I can write copy for your product or service.
